Mail Art IN - Greece, Momkat

Dark days before Christmas... excellent time to catch up blogging Mail Art.
From Momkat envelop with 'heavy' content and stamps.
A mini-canvas (cut-up red hot canvas) and bookie.
Meeting Notes #2 it reads on the front.
A lot of doodling has been going on during that meeting.
Very creative meeting, that was.
A meeting with results! Good ;)
Back of cut-up red hot canvas.

Thank you, Momkat

Mail Art IN - USA, Jay Block

At first sight this Mail Art collage (to me) looked like
random tearing and pasting.
But while blogging it and giving it a closer look,
I spot... an elephant!
Yep.
Very intriguing.

Thank you, Jay

Mail Art OUT - United Kingdom

Mail Art IN - France, Artist in Seine

Collage Mail Art Card from Dean, the Artist in Seine.
Number 1086 already!!!
Now that is some acheievement. Lots of bits of scraps on the card that make me wonder about a story.
  • Was the Artist in Seine in Milan?
  • Did he have bites of cheese?
  • Are the bites of cheese called Susanna?
  • Were the bites of Susanna cheeses on offer?
  • What is the Tree of Life in Milan? (no Google)
  • What about the criptic signs on the first pictures?
Questions galore!

Thank you, Artist in Seine

Mail Art IN - United Kingdom, Stripy Goose

Stripy was in (on? as it is an island) Tenerife and was an attraction itself.
Stunning island-birdy transformation art on the back side.
Who needs a holiday message?

Thank you, Stripy

Illustration with some net-material from France.
This one got me inspired to draw with pastel crayons.
